POLICY
The exhibitor assumes all responsibility for any and all loss, theft or damage to exhibitor’s displays, equipment and other property while on convention
premises, and hereby waives any claim or demand it may have against Rosen Shingle Creek or its affiliates from such loss, theft or damage. In addition, the exhibitor agrees to defend (if requested), indemnify and hold harmless the InterNational Electrical Testing Association and Rosen Shingle Creek and their respective parent, subsidiary and other related or affiliated companies from and against any liabilities, obligations, claims, damages, suits, costs and expenses, including without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs, arising from or in connection with the exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition.
NON-RECRUITMENT POLICY
I agree as a PowerTest27 Exhibitor and supporter of the PowerTest Conference to preserve the training focus of this event, comply with the NETA Non-Recruitment Policy, and not engaging in any form of employment solicitation or recruiting activities during PowerTest events, including the following basic expectations:
- Approaching or attempting to solicit event participants for employment opportunities.
- Sharing recruitment brochures, flyers, business cards, or similar materials intended to solicit employment.
- Initiating or engaging in conversations, individually or in groups, which have the purpose of encouraging participants to leave their current employer.
- Displaying recruitment-related signage or advertisements in any format.
Co-Located Events and Activities.
- Arranging, scheduling, or participating in separate events, not associated with NETA but during NETA-sponsored events, intended to solicit participants for employment opportunities.

PAYMENT POLICY
Payment for Exhibit Booth space is due by January 1, 2027.
CANCELLATION
NETA is grateful to our PowerTest Exhibitors. PowerTest Exhibitors are critical to the success and planning of the PowerTest Trade Show. Cancellation of PowerTest Exhibition space is required to be within 120 days of the event. A cancelation fee of 20% will be applied to cover associated investments related to reselling of the exhibit space.
